LED Lighting Project

The Robeson County Housing Authority, of Lumberton, North Carolina solicits proposals from qualified individuals for LED Lighting Project. The contractor will supply all materials, labor and equipment for installing new lights and switches. Services will be conducted at 3 complexes Morgan Britt (Lumberton), Benton Court (Rowland), and McColl Page Plaza (St. Paul's). Sealed proposals are due by 4:30 p.m., September 30, 2025.  Bid opening will be at 10:00am EST on 10/1/2025. The purpose of this project is to upgrade and install new light fixtures. The lighting upgrades include replacement of approximately 640 fixtures.
