Community Reminders

• Borders and Lodgers 
  
  • If an individual is living in the unit and is not listed on the lease, please ensure they are formally added through the proper approval process.
  • Guest are allowed 14 days per calendar year, anything over 14 days will require a written approval from your housing manager.
    
    
• Animal Guidelines
  • All animals must remain on a leash while outside the unit and in all common areas.
  • Residents are responsible for cleaning up after their service animals and pets to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for all.
    
    
• Trash Disposal Expectations
  • All household trash must be properly bagged and placed inside designated trash bins. Please do not leave trash on sidewalks, porches, or common areas.
  • This will result in a lease violation and charge.
    
    
• Online Portal 
  • Please sign up for the housing online portal to ensure timely access to notices, updates, and required documents.

Policy Change Reminder 
Beginning in 2026, the inspection schedule will shift to four inspections per year, occurring in January, April, July, and November.
