Request for Proposals (RFP)

Robeson County Housing Authority is pleased to announce a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Landscaping Contractor. The purpose of this RFP is to provide a fair evaluation for all candidates and to provide the candidates with the evaluation criteria used to judge the proposals.

To facilitate the review process, applicants must submit proposals as a hard copy (paper). All proposals must be well-organized and succinct.

The RFP can be obtained from Robeson County Housing Authority between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday), located at 100 Oxendine Circle, Lumberton, NC 28360 or requested from Jaimie Oxendine via email or faxed to the attention of Jaimie Oxendine at 910.738.4867.

Deadline Notices:

Closing Date: 12/5/2025

Hardcopy must be received by Robeson County Housing Authority by no later than 5:00 PM EST on 12/5/2025.

Bid Opening: 12/8/2025

The Bid Opening will be at the Robeson County Housing Authority at 10:00 AM EST on 12/8/2025.

Late or incomplete proposals will not be considered.
