Message from RCHA's Executive Director, Niakeya Cooper

Headshot of Nikeya Cooper

It is the Mission of the RCHA to provide affordable decent, safe, and sanitary housing opportunities to low and moderate-income families, including elderly and handicapped persons, while supporting programs to foster economic self-sufficiency.

If additional assistance is required beyond the scope of the Housing Managers Kathy and Dechelle, please contact RCHA at 910.738.4866 and request to speak with Mrs. Niakeya Cooper.

Community Reminders

  • Food Disposal Reminder - Food scraps cannot be thrown outside. All food waste must be placed in a bag, tied securely, and thrown into the garbage bin. Any food discarded outdoors will result in a lease violation.
  • Outdoor Equipment Reminder - Splash pads, sprinklers, and similar items must be picked up after each use so maintenance can safely and effectively cut the grass.
  • Animal Guidelines - All animals must remain on a leash while outside the unit and in all common areas. Residents are responsible for cleaning up after their service animals and pets to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for all.

Community Spotlight
