Community Reminders

  • Food Disposal Reminder - Food scraps cannot be thrown outside. All food waste must be placed in a bag, tied securely, and thrown into the garbage bin. Any food discarded outdoors will result in a lease violation.

  • Outdoor Equipment Reminder - Splash pads, sprinklers, and similar items must be picked up after each use so maintenance can safely and effectively cut the grass.

  • Animal Guidelines - All animals must remain on a leash while outside the unit and in all common areas. Residents are responsible for cleaning up after their service animals and pets to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for all.

  • Parking and Vehicle Reminder - One parking space per unit; valid sticker required; no grass/curb/mailbox parking; violators may be towed.

  • Portal Reminders - All maintenance work orders should be submitted through the Tenant Portal so our team can respond quickly. Please report any damages in your unit right away to help us keep your home safe and well‑maintained.

  • Inspections coming soon in October
