Community Reminders

• Smoke Detector
  • Notice: Missing smoke detectors will result in a $250 charge per smoke detector and a lease violation. Please ensure all detectors remain in place for safety and compliance.
• Animal Policy
  • All animal owners need to pick up after their animals and dispose of waste properly so our community stays clean and enjoyable for everyone.
  • All Animals must be on a leash
• Late Rent Policy
  • Effective immediately, partial payments will no longer be accepted for past‑due rent. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before it can be processed.
• Borders and Lodgers
  
  • If an individual is living in the unit and is not listed on the lease, please ensure they are formally added through the proper approval process. Guests are allowed 14 days per calendar year. Anything over 14 days will require a written approval from your housing manager
• Trash Disposal Expectations
  
  • All household trash must be properly bagged and placed inside designated trash bins. Please do not leave trash on sidewalks, porches, or in common areas. Failure to comply will result in a lease violation and charge
  • Please take trash out for pickup weekly and return bins after pickup
• Parking Reminders
  
  • No parking on the grass, if caught there will be a $50 fine; ensure your parking pass and vehicle tags are current; inoperable or abandoned vehicles are subject to towing; and please maintain safe speeds while driving through parking areas.
• Outdoor Equipment Reminder
  
  • Splash pads, sprinklers, and similar items must be picked up after each use so maintenance can safely and effectively cut the grass.
• Emergency Maintenance Services After Hours
  
  • Emergency maintenance services performed after office hours, such as unlocking a unit door will result in a $100 charge added to the tenant's account

Pest control services will be scheduled soon. Official dates will be shared with all residents as soon as we receive confirmation.
